Should have gone to Specsavers

We've all been there.

On the tube or train or bus. Intently looking at a woman's stomach trying to work out whether or not she's pregnant. You don't want to be impolite if she is; you don't want to offend if she isn't.

The man who offered me his seat Monday evening on the Central line clearly needs his eyes testing. After my uncontrolled laughter I doubt he'll ever ask another woman ever again if she wants a seat.

My waist is a rather small size eight.

No way! Were you dressed in something roomy and perhaps even, frumpy?? Hilarious!!

Maybe he was just being a gentleman, offering his seat to a woman irrespective of any pregnancy issues.

God, I wish there were more men like that, and you laughed in his face?!?

Roomy? Frumpy? I have a figure to show off, Ashley!!!

Red - he said something along the lines of "I can see you're expecting...would you like a seat?". I wouldn't ordinarily laugh at a gentleman.

Maybe the guy is one of those eccentrics who wanted to screw with your head (seeing clearly your well maintained abs)?
