Is the one in the picture your own effort? Can I just say, I wholeheartedly endorse those same feelings? Christ, it's not like we've made a success of this place yet, is it? Widening the net doesn't seem like the wisest choice...

Yes, Red. The effort is mine. I just don't understand why we'd want to spend millions and millions working out if we can sustain life on Mars. Can we not fix the place we do have first?

We don't want to fix it because it requires a little 'spiritus' sacrifice (a dirty religious word). We're going to die one day sop the mass attitude seems to be that we replenish the stocks here and then try for a life on Mars. How un-really Labour is that!?

Hi Ems: Sorry for the long message but I don't have an e-mail address to contact you at...

There has been some interest in resurrecting the series I did earlier this year "Interviews with the Not So Rich and Famous" so I've decided to put some feelers out there to see if anyone's interested in taking part. If you're not familar with the series, head on over to my blog and check out the list of interviews I did on the lefthand side toolbar. It's a lot of fun and might direct some new readers to your blog. Much hilarity ensued from our the first set of interviews which included Big Brother, various members of the Undead, and a monkey with a PhD. The process is pretty simple. If you'd like to be "interviewed", simply send me an e-mail (dalmatica(at)yahoo(dot)ca) letting me know that you're interested. I'll send you a list of seemingly bizarre questions designed to reveal your true self. After spending some time thinking up witty and insightful answers (they don't have to be true, but please make them interesting!), return them to me along with a picture which you think would be a suitable representation of yourself. If you don't, you're risking having me find one that I think is appropriate on the internet and we all know how dangerous that can be!!! Check out some of the previous interviews to get a sense of what I'm talking about. Note that the pictures don't have to be of YOU - some people don't want their pictures anywhere on the net and this is entirely understandable.

Depending on how many I responses I get back, I will post interviews once or twice a week and will give you plenty of warning...I mean advance notice!...that your interview is going up.
